Zhong Ding Heng Sheng has invested 500 million yuan in the Economic Development Zone of Wuhu City to build a hydrogen diaphragm compressor research and development and production project. The project covers an area of 104 mu, with a construction area of 46,000 square meters. The factory area has 5 steel structure workshops covering 28,000 square meters; a hydrogen energy test center of 4,000 square meters with 10 simultaneous tests; a research and development center of 10,000 square meters; and a staff dormitory building of 7,000 square meters.

The company uses the factory building to construct a photovoltaic power generation project. The project selects 580W single crystal high-efficiency photovoltaic modules, with an installed capacity of 2.4MW. The clean electric energy generated by the project can be consumed locally, thereby saving users' electricity bills and reducing traditional power consumption. The project is connected to the 380V low-voltage side of the user's original transformer at a single point with a voltage level of 380V. According to the "self-consumption and surplus electricity grid connection" model, the insufficient electricity is supplemented by the power grid enterprise. The service life of the solar photovoltaic power station construction is 30 years. It is estimated that after completion, the average annual power generation will be 2.25 million kW/h, generating approximately 736.98 tons of standard coal per year on average. At the same time, it will reduce pollution emissions of 611.15 tons of carbon dust, 2,240.14 tons of carbon dioxide, 67.41 tons of sulfur dioxide, and 33.70 tons of nitrogen oxides.

It can test more than 10 diaphragm compressors simultaneously. It is equipped with hydrogen explosion-proof workshops, hydrogen storage cylinder groups, sequence control systems, hydrogen containers, etc. Using hydrogen as the test medium, it can fully simulate the hydrogen usage conditions at the customer's site.  

Under the general environment in the industry where manual assembly is widely relied on, Zhong Ding Heng Sheng took the lead in developing and starting up the automated assembly line, improving the overall assembly technology and level of the industry. The total investment of this line exceeded 20 million yuan. It pioneered the visual recognition and robot automatic installation technology, which was applied in the automatic assembly production line of compressors. The design of the line included 4 inventions and 4 utility model patents. Three non-standard customized robots were used to achieve the assembly and handling of various components. With the assistance of a small number of manual workers, the automatic assembly of links such as crankshaft boxes, middle bodies, crankshafts, and connecting rods was realized.
