Keqin Luo

Luo Keqin was born on October 20, 1971 in Cangxi County, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province. He is from Guangyuan, Sichuan and of Han ethnicity. He is a non-party personage. In 1994, he graduated with a bachelor's degree from Harbin University of Science and Technology, majoring in mechanical design. He is the founder, chairman and chief engineer of Zhong Ding Heng Sheng Gas Equipment (Wuhu) Co., Ltd.

Luo Keqin graduated from Harbin University of Science and Technology in 1994 and entered Beijing No.1 General Machinery Factory, the originator unit of diaphragm compressors in China, as the director of the design office of the Compressor Research Institute. He has mastered a set of mature theories in surface optimization and variable surface design under different working conditions of compression media. In 2008, the research and development of "GD4 Series Large Diaphragm Compressor" won the Third Prize of the Science and Technology Award of China Machinery Industry. In December 2008, he founded Beijing Zhong Ding Heng Sheng Gas Equipment Co., Ltd.

Since entering the field of diaphragm compressors for thirty years, from an ordinary technician, an advanced employee, a model of technological innovation engineering, leading the compressor business department to obtain various design team honors, to now leading a team of about 500 people in Zhong Ding Heng Sheng, using all his life's learning to cultivate excellent mechanical engineers and striving for a lifetime for the import and overseas expansion of China's machinery manufacturing industry.

Luo Keqin was once selected as one of the top ten brand figures in Anhui and was nominated as an outstanding talent in the superior industries in Wuhu City.
