Created in 1989 by French engineer Henri Corblin and now part of the internationally renowned brand Howden, this machine is nearly forty years old. It has been exposed to the open air for years, silently shouldering heavy production responsibilities.

Recently, Zhongding Hengsheng Gas Equipment (Wuhu) Co., Ltd. successfully completed the overall refurbishment and localized technical transformation of this nearly forty-year-old "veteran," breathing new life into this老牌 imported equipment and enabling it to return to the production frontline for stable service.

Before the transformation, the machine showed signs of fatigue: low lubricating oil pressure, oil leakage from pipelines, wear at pipe connections, and increased operating noise. The body itself was aged, and the cluttered layout from its original design left almost no space for maintenance, making daily upkeep extremely difficult.
To help the customer reduce costs and ensure production, company leadership established a special technical transformation team. They tailored a comprehensive localization repair and optimization plan to address the equipment's existing shortcomings and historical design flaws.

When we dismantled this old equipment, the rust-covered casing and severely aged components were starkly visible, seemingly declaring that the industrial life of this machine had reached its end. However, we did not give up. The team replaced aged components with localized alternatives, re-optimized the pipeline layout, rectified the oil system, and repaired structural defects in the complete machine. Simultaneously, we debugged pressure conditions, optimized noise reduction, and restored the core performance of the equipment. After systematic precision repair and technical transformation, all performance indicators of this forty-year-old equipment were fully restored. With stable and safe operating conditions, it has now been successfully shipped back to resume production service.
