On July 14, 2026, five diaphragm compressors with different pressure ratings departed from the Zhongding Hengsheng Gas Equipment (Wuhu) Co., Ltd. factory in Wuhu, heading to Nanhai, Foshan, to be installed at the nation's first "Solar-Oil-Hydrogen-Electricity" integrated energy mother station—the Zhongqing Chikan Project. This injects core power into this new energy complex integrating hydrogen production, hydrogen refueling, oil refueling, and photovoltaics.

The five diaphragm compressors provided by Zhongding Hengsheng for this project—three at 22MPa, one at 45MPa, and one at 90MPa—address the core needs of different stages such as hydrogen filling, storage and transportation, and high-pressure refueling. In the hydrogen energy industry chain, diaphragm compressors undertake the key task of efficiently boosting low-pressure hydrogen, serving as the core hub connecting "hydrogen production" and "hydrogen utilization".

Located in Danzao Town, Nanhai District, Foshan, the Zhongqing Chikan Integrated Energy Mother Station has a total investment of 110 million yuan and covers an area of 22.56 mu. It is the nation's first commercially operable "Solar-Oil-Hydrogen-Electricity" integrated demonstration project with on-site hydrogen production capabilities. Breaking away from the traditional single-energy supply model, the project innovatively integrates three mainstream hydrogen production technology routes: ALK, PEM, and AEM, achieving an on-site hydrogen production scale of 3000 Nm³/h. The project constructs a 10-minute industrial closed loop of "Hydrogen Production - Storage - Refueling - Utilization," with a daily hydrogen refueling capacity of 2000 kg. Equipped with dual-level 35MPa and 70MPa hydrogen refueling equipment, it comprehensively meets the refueling needs of various types of hydrogen vehicles, effectively reducing storage and transportation costs and safety risks, creating a replicable and profitable benchmark model for the large-scale implementation of integrated energy stations in China.
