The theoretical session covered knowledge of all types of welding processes, including TIG welding, manual arc welding, and laser welding, achieving full coverage of assessments for welding position employees. This not only solidified the theoretical foundation for all staff but also unified the company-wide standards for welding process cognition. The practical session featured three tracks: TIG welding, TIG/MMA combination welding, and CO2 shielded welding. Employees were allowed to register across different projects.
