The expert panel carefully listened to the overall project report, reviewed all technical documentation item by item, and, after rigorous inquiry and in-depth discussion, officially issued an authoritative appraisal opinion: The overall technology of this project has reached an internationally advanced level, with the energy consumption indicators of the product in the 20MPa hydrogen filling application reaching an internationally leading position.


The project tackled technical challenges such as high-efficiency compression, long-life operation, and high-stability control for hydrogen filling diaphragm compressors, achieving a series of innovative breakthroughs: It pioneered an independent curved surface optimization design for the membrane chamber and a new cylinder head structure, achieving a dual improvement in efficiency and lifespan; it invented integrated oil circuit distribution and充气气囊 (inflatable airbag) flow stabilization and vibration reduction technology, ensuring long-term low-vibration safe operation of the equipment; and it innovated the sleeve-type cooler structure and automated assembly equipment, enhancing product consistency and manufacturing precision. Furthermore, the project established the first pure hydrogen environment test and validation platform in the general machinery industry, providing a solid guarantee for product quality.

With 27 invention patents, 8 utility model patents, and the right to draft multiple standards, this achievement has passed third-party testing. The products have accumulated sales of over a thousand units and are exported overseas, receiving positive user feedback and demonstrating significant economic and social benefits.
