On June 11, Zhongding Hengsheng organized a practical emergency drill for heatstroke as part of the "Safety Production Month" campaign, themed "Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response – Investigating and Rectifying Risks and Hazards." This activity aimed to further enhance frontline employees' emergency response capabilities, collaborative disposal abilities, and on-site rescue skills in the event of sudden heatstroke incidents, thereby firmly establishing a defense line for safe production during the summer.

The drill focused on high-temperature working scenarios in the workshop, with a core emphasis on practical combat readiness to targetedly improve the emergency disposal level of frontline employees. The exercise simulated a sudden incident where an argon arc welder suffered severe heatstroke and fainted while working in a high-temperature environment. This scenario closely matched the actual operating conditions of the plant area, realistically reproducing the entire process of handling sudden heatstroke emergencies.
The drill process was standardized and orderly, with smooth transitions between stages. Upon discovering that a worker had collapsed due to heatstroke, on-site inspectors immediately reported to the team leader and safety management personnel, ensuring rapid reporting of the hazard and eliminating any delays in disposal. After receiving the notification, the team's emergency responders reacted quickly and cooperated effectively. They immediately moved the heatstroke victim to a cool and ventilated area, loosened their clothing to facilitate physical cooling, and provided drinking water, precisely implementing self-rescue and mutual aid procedures. Subsequently, the injured person was quickly transported to the nearest hospital for professional treatment, successfully completing the standardized disposal process covering hazard reporting, on-site first aid, and medical transfer.

This practical drill effectively tested the company's high-temperature emergency response, team collaborative disposal, and on-site rescue capabilities. It further standardized the disposal process for sudden heatstroke incidents and strengthened frontline employees' practical skills in avoiding high-temperature risks, as well as self-rescue and mutual aid.

Moving forward, Zhongding Hengsheng will take the "Safety Production Month" as an opportunity to regularly conduct various safety emergency drills, continuously investigate and rectify production safety hazards, and consolidate the safety production responsibilities of all employees. The company is committed to preventing heatstroke casualties during high-temperature operations, building a solid barrier for the stable and safe operation of the enterprise. Meanwhile, the company will continue to advance the series of activities for "Safety Production Month," innovatively adopting a fun competition model based on team sports. This approach aims to popularize laws and regulations such as the "Work Safety Law," special operation norms, fire safety, and equipment safety, along with on-site safety management knowledge, among all employees. This initiative seeks to comprehensively strengthen the theoretical safety foundation of all staff, address gaps in safety knowledge, effectively improve the comprehensive safety literacy of all employees, and build a positive safety production atmosphere where everyone understands safety, observes safety, and manages safety.
