Diaphragm

There is a mature simulation technology for the flow field of the compression medium and the diaphragm. The deformation of the diaphragm under different pressures on the oil and gas sides when in the H₂ medium and its theoretical service life have been studied.

To ensure the good mechanical properties and service life of the diaphragm, our company adopts self-developed diaphragm heat treatment technology and surface treatment technology, as well as a fully automatic diaphragm production process. Our company has jointly developed a new type of diaphragm material with the addition of rare earth elements with Fushun Special Steel Research Institute. This material has better mechanical properties and heat treatment stability. Subsequently, through our company's specially designed pickling and passivation process for the diaphragm, various dirt such as oil stains, rust, and oxide scale is removed, and then electrolytic polishing is carried out to significantly improve the surface finish of the diaphragm. For large-sized diaphragms, the sandblasting process is further carried out to improve the surface quality, increase the surface hardness and anti-friction property, reduce surface wear, and improve the service life and durability of the diaphragm. And for low-flow and small-sized diaphragms, the sandblasting process is innovatively omitted to ensure the low roughness of the diaphragm, while reducing the clearance volume of the compressor and improving the efficiency.
