Automated production

Under the general environment in the industry where manual assembly is widely relied on, Zhong Ding Heng Sheng took the lead in developing and starting up the automated assembly line, improving the overall assembly technology and level of the industry. The total investment of this line exceeded 20 million yuan. It pioneered the visual recognition and robot automatic installation technology, which was applied in the automatic assembly production line of compressors. The design of the line included 4 inventions and 4 utility model patents. Three non-standard customized robots were used to achieve the assembly and handling of various components. With the assistance of a small number of manual workers, the automatic assembly of links such as crankshaft boxes, middle bodies, crankshafts, and connecting rods was realized.
